The Pet you have purchased from Itty Bitty Pets is guaranteed to be healthy at time of purchase. Once your puppy leaves our hands we are not responsible for its well being. You will have that privilege. Remember your puppy is a baby and you will need to continue his/her immunization shots, worming treatments and proper nutrition and training. It is important to keep your puppy off of any surfaces where parvo, distemper, etc. may exist; for example parks, pet stores, grassy areas, and away from neighborhood dogs until puppy has had all shots including it's first adult shots at 16 weeks of age.

To receive the benefit of this guarantee, you must have your pet examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within three (3) days of delivery date unless other arrangements have been made in writing with Itty Bitty Pets and signed by all parties. Please make this appointment before your puppy arrives. During the initial examination should your veterinarian find this animal to be in poor health or detect any physical health problem or disease; you must contact Itty Bitty Pets immediately. You must return your pet to an Itty Bitty Pets representative immediately with the veterinary report of the diagnosis. A replacement will be granted solely under these circumstances. Shipping expense for return of said puppy is to be paid by buyer.

Your puppy is guaranteed for the first year of its’ life against Life Threatening Genetic Defects. The licensed veterinarian who diagnosed the defect will be required to write a report of his findings that our vet concurs with and he must be available to discuss such issues with our vet if needed. In the event of death, your puppy must be autopsied by a licensed veterinarian, tissues etc. must be sent in for analysis stating the cause of death.

A replacement puppy will be made available after we receive all reports including vet visits, records of immunizations, diagnosis defect, and or cause of death report etc. The puppy must be returned in good health other than diagnosed defect.  We are not responsible for any cost that arises or shipping fees regarding your puppy. This includes veterinarian, grooming, etc. If your puppy needs to be replaced we will do so with a puppy of like value from the next available litter. If buyer doesn't abide by all conditions of this guarantee it becomes null and void and if the buyer purchases a female puppy and it is bred before it is one year of age this also voids the health guarantee.

Buyer has read and understood the health guarantee and acknowledges that no reimbursement for veterinary fees or shipping fees will be paid by Itty Bitty Pets; and that the initial examination must be done within three (3) days of delivery date unless other arrangements have been made in writing with Itty Bitty Pets and signed by all parties; and that submission of veterinary reports are conditions precedent to the effectiveness of the pet guarantee. They also understand that it covers only Life Threatening Genetic Defects for one year.

We do not guarantee color or size of full grown puppy. We estimate size according to the parent’s size. We determine color by parents also. A cream puppy may not be a true cream. The pedigree may have other colors that could show up.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy owner only and is nontransferable to a second party.

Attention: Buyer has been informed of possible low blood sugar with toy breeds and has been told to consult her vet about this before puppy arrives. I recommend the use of Nutrical upon picking up puppy at airport and for a few days after if puppy is going to be left alone until new owner is assured puppy is eating well. Always make food and water available so puppy can eat when he chooses. Make sure puppy drinks and does not suffer affects of dehydration. If puppy is wetting he is not dehydrated

Additional Information: The puppy will be examined by Itty Bitty Pets’ vet before he/she is shipped to the buyer. If the vet should find a health problem with the puppy the buyer will be informed and the deposit will be refunded or applied to another puppy if buyer so chooses. Buyer has also been furnished pictures of this puppy and has seen pictures of the parents. Deposits are non-refundable if buyer changes their mind about purchasing puppy. They will be given pedigree papers if available for their puppy. They will be supplied medical records of their puppy.

PayPal fees are non-refundable.

Amendments: These will be added as needed with each individual puppy.
