6/11/2010.....It's a rainy day here in the Ozarks. So far it has been a gentle rain which is nice. Leon got home this morning, he and the dogs are all napping. I'm not doing much today. I had planned on bathing Chrissie today but that is something I don't like to do on rainy days. I don't know why but I like sunny days to bathe the dogs. I did get Bam Bam groomed yesterday. He looks so good and was prancing around here like he was a Prince. I added a new picture of him on the sire page.

I thought I would share a picture of a couple of our Yorkies, Wendy and Annie Lee. Annie is 8 years old and packed on the lbs. when we got her spayed. Wendy is 8 months old. She is such a loving little dog. She and Pixie, our Chihuahua, are best buds. My friend Cherie gave me Wendy and Pixie this past Dec. I will try and get a picture of our Pixie Dust and share here with you. I'm not raising Chihuahuas but I have always had one. We have my mother's old dog Rue who will be 16 years old this fall. Annie was my first Yorkie. Leon gave her to me on Valentines day. Then we got Itty Bitty and had a few litters of puppies. We had Annie spayed 3 years ago. Maybe when Wendy gets old enough she and Itty Bitty will give us a couple of litters of Yorkies.

6/9/2010.....WOW!!! A record for me 3 times I've made here so far this month. I just had to share a picture of our Dee Dee. She is such a little doll.

6/6/2010.....I'm back!!!! And so soon! Can you believe it?! I took pictures of Marco Polo today and added one on the puppy page. He's a little big for a Pom but would make someone a wonderful pet. Once in a while we get a big one. He is a very playful guy. He has lost all his puppy coat and his adult coat is coming in now. It will be nice and heavy come fall.

6/4/2010.....I know, I know, I have not been keeping up with my website!!!!! I have now posted a couple of new pictures on the puppy page. One of Benji who is 7 weeks old today and a new one of Mel who is about 8 months of age. I am keeping the girls from Buster and Sadie's litter so I did not post pictures of them. Sorry to those who were wanting a black and tan or a solid black. We just didn't get any of those colors. I think Halley is going to be a cream sable and Alley appears to be an orange sable, more sable than orange. Doddie and Bam Bam gave us a little girl we are also keeping. We named her Dee Dee. I may post some pictures here just to show them off.

It has been a really busy time for me. My friend Cleo is end stage COPD and I spend as much time with her as I can. Please keep her and her family in your prayers. We have been friends for 25 years. She had a really good day today and we had lunch together at her house. Hospice finally got her a new aide and she is a gem!!! They are short on nurses right now so pray they get some really good ones hired soon.

Leon is still trucking around the country. He is near Chicago today. I will be glad when he can retire and stay home.

Our son Adam is still in the military at Fort Knox. We hope to see them in July.

Fancy and Bam Bam should be having a litter toward the end of July. And if all goes well with our Pekingese, Rosie, we should have our first litter of Peke's. I can hardly wait! We bred her last year but she miscarried. She is such a sweetheart. Leon says she seems more like a little kid than a dog.

Our granddaughter is going to be here Monday for a couple of days. I am looking forward to that! She is learning to sew and we need to get her skirt finished.
